We are a family-owned Chicago rug cleaning company, and every rug is cleaned by our own team in our own facility — nothing is shipped out to a third party. Pickup and delivery is free with any rug cleaning service.

How Pickup and Delivery Works
- Get in touch. Call (224) 395-3525 or request a quote. Tell us the rug’s rough size, what it is made of if you know, and what is wrong with it. A photo helps.
- Free estimate. Estimates carry no obligation. You get a quote before any work starts, and no hidden fees appear afterwards.
- We collect. We arrange a time that suits you, look at the rug with you, and note the problem areas before it leaves the house.
- We clean it in our facility. Inspection, pre-treatment, wash, controlled drying — see the full rug cleaning process.
- We bring it back. Rolled, dry, and placed in the room of your choice. Putting furniture back is available as an add-on at additional cost.
What We Collect Rugs For
- Oriental and Persian rug cleaning — hand-washing for wool, silk and antique pieces
- Rug repair and restoration — reweaving, fringe, colour work
- Odor removal and pet urine treatment
- Moth treatment — treated at every life stage, then washed
- Custom rug pads — cut to your rug, free delivery with a cleaning
- Carpet cleaning — carried out in your home rather than collected
Timing, Storage and Hours
Most rugs are away for 4 to 7 business days. The exact time depends on construction, condition and what the rug needs, because it has to dry fully under controlled conditions before it comes back. Repairs and restoration take longer, and rush service is available for an additional fee.
If your floors are not ready — mid-renovation, refinishing, or a move — we store cleaned rugs free for up to 30 days. After that it is $1.00 per day, per rug.
We answer the phone Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You can also email info@rugcleaningchicago.com at any time.
