What Happens After You Contact Us
No pressure and no surprises. Here's the whole process.
1. You reach out
Send the form, call, or text us a photo of the front and back of your rug. A photo helps us give you a more accurate quote.
2. We pick it up
We agree on a time, come roll the rug up, and take it to our facility on N Christiana Ave. Pickup and delivery are free.
3. It comes back clean
Most rugs are back in 4-7 business days. We deliver it rolled up and put it in whichever room you like.

We've been cleaning rugs in Chicago for more than 35 years. Every rug is washed, dried and checked at our own facility on N Christiana Ave, by our own team. We're members of the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification).
