Our Five-Step Cleaning Method
Every rug we clean goes through our careful five-step process. We built this method over years of working with thousands of rugs, from delicate old silk pieces to tough everyday wool rugs. Each step makes sure your rug gets a deep, safe clean.
Step one is a close look at your rug. We check the fiber type, dye strength, how it was made, and its overall state. We note any damage, stains, or problem spots. Step two is dusting. We use special tools to gently pull out deep dirt, sand, and debris from within the rug's fibers.
Deep Cleaning, Drying, and Final Check
Step three is hand-washing. We use safe, pH-balanced cleaning products made for your rug's fiber type and colors. Our team works the solution through the fibers by hand, with extra focus on stains and dirty spots. Then the rug gets a full rinse to remove all soap.
Step four is drying in our clean, climate-safe space. Good drying stops mildew, color bleed, and fiber damage. Step five is a final quality check.
